Glazing Refurbishment were instructed to conduct the installation of upgraded components to the front elevation of this well-known Hotel Chain.
Due to the location of the project being within the grounds of a busy Midlands Airport, our team were required to liaise with a variety of stakeholders in order to ensure our works did not disrupt surrounding operations.
Utilising specialist MEWP access machinery our teams commenced with the replacement of all existing pressure plates, cover caps and fixings to the elevation, including the introduction a butyl based glazing membrane to the system.
We issued an independent Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) upon successful completion of works
