The full mansard refurbishment of Europe’s largest flagship data centre building has encompassed the complete glazing upgrade at high level of the buildings top sloped glazing and has included the following operations: -

- full replacement of all glass using a high performance bronze DGU make up,
- full internal and external and internal film application to include safety and solar films to further enhance the solar performance and aesthetic appearance,
- replacement of all glazing components to ensure structure is fully sealed and remains serviceable,
- numerous flashing replacements throughout the building and a full upgrade of vertical glazing to include filming, seal replacement and adaptations of existing opening window configurations.

On the strength of our performance here the Main Contractor further appointed us to continue works on the building to include a new bespoke entrance glazing package, cladding installation utilizing a specialist FX coating and additional internal glazing works to finalize the completion of the next generation data centre.
