Works Commence with Conversion from Commercial to Residential

Our Large Works Division have commenced with the extensive Façade Refurbishment package as part of a large scale conversion of commercial premises to residential located in central Welwyn Garden City.

The GR Large Works Division were awarded the contract based on a proven ability within the Commercial sector of delivering high level glazing/vent replacement programs on time, on program and most importantly with safety at the forefront of everything we do.

Our operatives on site have been preparing for the installation of replacement DGU’s incorporating a ventilation detail to the existing curtain wall. In order to provide an aesthetic match to the existing façade, our procurement team contacted our European wide list of manufacturers to gain the correct replacement specification.
