Bespoke Large Scale Project - Works Continue

Works have been continuing on our bespoke large scale project for a client in Central London.

We have now acquired the specialist glazing units with a specific frit detail from our extensive network of European glass manufacturers. Our team of IRATA trained abseil technicians have also completed the removal of the external solar shading film to the defective glazing units.

This means that works have been able to commence to include the removal and safe disposal of the existing defective glazing units followed by the replacement of each unit with the new and up to standard glazing units. To complete these works, we have been utilising an on-site cradle access system and hoist attachment, as well as multiple IRATA trained abseil technicians. Due to the size of the glazing units, we have also been utilising specialist lifting equipment to include a minifor winch and a glass suction lifter.

Due to the scale and complexity of the works, we have been working in a team that includes IRATA trained abseil technicians, crane and suction operators, internal glazing operatives and glazing operatives in the cradle.
