Fleet House Place

Here are photos of our recent project in the Holborn area of central London (access them on Facebook Here). Our client required the replacement of 4 existing defective DGU's with new louvre details.Difficulty in accessing the workface was due to the elevation of the units in question and the tight space between the adjacent buildings. The logistics included mandatory road closure and traffic management co-ordinated with the local authorities, plus GR in house abseil glazing technicians to guide and locate the removal and re-instatement of the units.
Our works involved close liaison with our client to ensure the designed louvres were correctly weathered and compatible with the existing curtain wall aperture.
Design input from job inception, through manufacture to installation - Glazing Refurbishment managed the operation within project timescale, on budget and with the least disruption to the public and the buildings tennants.
Utilising the latest glass lifting technology our team worked to a tight weekend schedule, never deviated from our pre-arranged works methodology and as always maintained the highest level of safety.
An otherwise tricky and potentially hazardous operation is meat and drink to our seasoned staff and our operational procedures.
Well done lads!
