Curtain Wall Unit Replacements

Working for an interior fit out company, Glazing Refurbishment were contracted to complete multiple glass unit replacements across a commercial site located in Southern England. Due to the sites perimeter located near a live rail track permits were required. With safety at the forefront, GR liaised with Network Rail to ensure the operation could go ahead.

Working out of hours to reduce disruptions, our team used a combination of a specialist truck mount crane with suction lifter and MEWP to manoeuvre and reach the curtain walling to conduct the replacements. Our site pictures show our site up during the installation.
